- MariLube 1230 and 1240: High-performance trunk piston engine oils formulated for medium-speed marine and industrial trunk piston engines using low sulfur distillate fuel (up to 1.0% sulfur), crafted from solvent-refined high viscosity index paraffin mineral base oils with effective chemical additives.
Application:
- Recommended for crankcase lubrication in medium-speed marine diesel engines and suitable for use in large crosshead engines, providing separate lubrication for bearings and piston cooling under severe service conditions at appropriate viscosity grades.
